Do you do this?

Hiya,
How many of you that have more than one fish tank and use the same cleaning instruments from tank to tank? I have two tanks. I have read that you should use separate nets, brushes, siphon vacuums, etc... between tanks. I can understand that if one is infected with something but the other tank not. How stricly do you follow these rules? And if you use the same instruments, how do you justify it between tanks?... just do it, or special cleaning of instruments? I am curious, because both my tanks are healthy at the moment and I have no problem with it as long as everything is completely dry between cleaning one from the other, but maybe I should do something better just in case. I use the same Instruments for cleaning my 3 fish tanks and I have had no problems at all. I do run hot water Thu my siphon vacuum and on the out side of the vacuum hose that goes in side each tank, I also run hot water over the net and brushes and stuff before i use it in each tank. It seems to be working for me
