what dog bread should i get mom to buy?

my mom said she would buy me a puppy dog but i dont kno what 1 i want coz there r so many! my friends thing i should buy a chawawa or a yorkie but i dont kno if i really want 1 like that. i want a smaller dog. i want a teacup dog or something that will fit in my hand bag and something easy to dress and cloth in the day. it has to be a girl. it needs to be able 2 live without me while i am at school bcoz i am 12, nearly 13 in november and go to school from 9am -3pm. my mom works a lot (7am-5pm) and i dont have a dad. i have 2 sisters age 5 and 8 and i have 1 brother age 10. we have never bought a dog and we have 1 cat who lives outside. mom said this dog will sleep outside in a cage or create and live inside in the day. it has to be easy to clean up after and it has to be a bread that poos only 2 times a day bcoz i hate dog poo. it has to be less then $600 coz mom wont pay for it otherwese. my neighber has a minpin x so it has to like other dogs. and it has to get along wih my frends.

I know it may look cute, but don't dress up the poor thing unless it's cold, it's a dog, not a doll.
Any dog will go potty as many or few times as it needs to. Dog poo comes with the territory, I'm afraid. Lots of it, but you'll get used to that.
There's no way to tell beforehand what or who it will get along with or not, that's not something you can force.
Perhaps take a bit longer and do some research into the breeds you are looking into, some dog psychology and behaviour reading might also help you make this decision.
As long as you socialise your dog with other dogs calmly from the word go it should be fine, with obedience lessons and nice long walks to keep him or her healthy . Remember to budget for food and vet's bills too (for innocculations and check-ups, and just in case of emergencies).
