My dog is in heat and was wondering about this?

Okay, this isnt a big deal, I know, but i was just wondering if my dog really needs to wear a diaper when shes in heat because she wears one, and hates it, but when she does no blood ever comes on the diaper. So I dont think she needs one because she cleans herself so well. I was just wondering, for her benefit, and I just want her to be happy and I know that she would be even more happy without it.
okay I get it people!!! my dog should be fixed, but you dont understand why we dont have her fixed and I would appreciate it if you would help me with my question instead of critize me when you dont even know me. So if you really know the answer to my quetion i appreciate your help.

My female was just in heat a couple months ago and her bleeding was actually very maintainable. I did not go to extremes, I didn't buy diapers or pads or anything. I bought a bottle of stain remover and when I saw a stain I cleaned it up. If you can handle cleaning up the blood which really isn't anything major, I would say ditch the diaper and pick up the can...lol... good luck!
