Chicken soup for the dog lovers soul. And I can't feed raw, but my mother said she could buy some different types of meat for treats and training. What are the best kinds of meat that dogs love?
There are better foods out there, but Chicken soup for the dog lovers soul isn't bad and better than alot of them. Check the label and see if it has corn, wheat, soy, or by-products. It's been awhile since I've checked the bag, and if it does contain any of this you probably should look for something that doesn't. The absolutely best training treats are those you make yourself, and my training bunch used home made liver treats. We take one pound of beef liver, 1 tsp of garlic powder, two tablespoons of rice flour and grind it all up in a food processor. Spread in a sprayed (with Pam) baking sheet and bake at 375 until rather dry. Cut into small pieces and keep in the freezer. Our dogs all work hard for them
