I am doing a presentation for an open seminar. I have everything i n my head I just dont know where to start. I want to know if you were to go to a presentation what would you like to learn and hear from a groomer to make you understand the importance of dog-cat grooming.

you may want to do a demonstration with a cat and dog, or tape you doing it and bring it in. do what you would do daily, don't add anything extra in that you wont regularly do, or else they will leave you and may call you a lier.
