Why are my Amazon Sword plants not growing?

I recently put into my 55 gal. freshwater aquarium 4 amazon sword plants and 4 ruffled sword plants. They did their usual die off-than regrow thing, except all of the plants only partially grew back, maybe 3 inches, until they stopped growing and even started to die! My ph is 7.0, I have no ammonia, I keep my temperature at 78 degrees, and I have very high wattage. Also, I have a green cabomba plant, java weed, and micro swords who are doing just fine. Plants will stunt if not given proper light and nutrients.

Stunted growth is a sign of low Nitrogen and Carbon.

Its not just the wattage but the color range that the plants need. You can get a flora glow bulb to replace your current bulb for 20 or so dollars. The higher the wattage the more the plants are going to need fertilizer.

Get some Seachems flourish (or another fertilizer) and dose your tank 3x a week. This will cover not only N and Carbon but others that all your plants will benefit from
